Client Journey

Once you accept our proposal and sign the construction contract, we embark on a journey together, culminating in the delivery of your new home or project.

 

Here’s what you can expect:

Project Confirmation:

  • You will receive a formal letter from us confirming our acceptance of the project and an anticipated start date. This will be accompanied by a detailed cash flow forecast to help you plan ahead.

 

Pre-Start Meeting:

We will arrange a meeting to introduce you to the Project Team and discuss what you can expect throughout the process. This meeting will also include:

  • An introduction to other professional teams involved in the project, if applicable
  • Establishing your preferred methods of communication and client contact.
  • Reviewing the programme of works and key milestones.
  • Issuing a construction programme with key dates for significant milestones.
  • Providing a client decision programme with key dates for your input.

 

Ongoing Communication:

  • Weekly site updates will be sent to you, keeping you informed of the progress.
  • Monthly Health and Safety Reports will be provided to ensure transparency.
  • Regular Design Team Meetings will be scheduled to discuss progress and any necessary adjustments.
  • We will keep you updated with monthly reports on any variations or omissions in the project.

Project Completion:

  • As your project nears completion, we will conduct a full induction and demonstration of your new home or space, ensuring you are fully acquainted with all aspects of the build.
  • A comprehensive handover will include detailed documentation and a USB containing all relevant manuals, certificates, and warranties.
  • You will also receive a detailed handbook that outlines all specifications and chosen finishes.

 

Aftercare:

  • Our Customer Service Team will be introduced to you to ensure that any aftercare needs are promptly addressed during the settling-in period.
  • A client satisfaction questionnaire will be provided to gather your feedback and ensure continuous improvement.

 

Post-Completion Support:

  • We offer a 12-month defect period to address any issues that may arise, backed by a 10-year warranty for your peace of mind.
