When the client approached us with their vision for a dream home, they already had a clear sense of the lifestyle they wanted to create — a luxurious, modern living space that seamlessly blended elegance with everyday functionality. Client Brief

The project required a full property reconfiguration, removing all internal fittings and retaining only the exterior walls. The scope included a complete rebuild, a new rear extension, and a loft conversion to maximise space and functionality.

Open-Plan Living Spaces:
Create expansive, light-filled areas with large glass doors to seamlessly connect the kitchen, dining, and living zones. The aim was to promote interaction, enhance natural flow, and provide a modern, airy atmosphere.

Practical Luxury:
Design four spacious bedrooms, including a master suite featuring a private en-suite bathroom and a generous walk-in wardrobe. Incorporate modern fittings and integrated smart home technology to strike the perfect balance between luxury, comfort, privacy, and everyday practicality.

Staircase:
Install a contemporary staircase with a sleek black balustrade and matching steps to complement the home’s modern aesthetic.

Bathrooms:
Deliver high-end, tiled bathrooms with premium fixtures designed to offer both style and functionality.

Outdoor Space:
Create a tranquil outdoor retreat featuring a garden room, patio area, and beautifully landscaped garden — ideal for relaxation, socialising, and year-round enjoyment.

Outcome

The finished home exceeded the client’s expectations, achieving a seamless balance of luxury, comfort, and modern convenience. The open-plan living areas now offer an impressive yet practical space for both daily family life and sophisticated entertaining. Premium finishes — from the custom walk-in wardrobe to the beautifully designed bathrooms — add a sense of refined opulence while still maintaining a warm and welcoming feel throughout.

Ultimately, the client’s vision of a modern, luxurious sanctuary was fully realised. The home not only reflects their personal style and lifestyle needs, but also offers the enhanced comfort, functionality, and smart-home features that elevate everyday living.
