When the client approached us with their vision for a high-specification luxury home, they had a clear picture of the lifestyle they wanted to create. Their brief centred around a modern, open-plan environment filled with natural light, contemporary finishes, and a seamless balance between striking design and everyday functionality. This project offered a unique opportunity to craft a one-of-a-kind home that delivered the perfect blend of innovation, comfort, and architectural elegance.

Client Brief

The client envisioned a completely bespoke, high-end modern home that combined elegance, practicality, and exceptional architectural detail. Their key requirements included:

Full Rebuild: Demolish the existing property and construct a brand-new, uniquely designed 6-bedroom luxury home, tailored to the client’s specifications from the ground up.

Open-Plan Living Spaces: Design expansive, flowing living areas that enable seamless movement between spaces — perfect for both relaxed family living and hosting large gatherings.

Floor-to-Ceiling Windows: Incorporate large glass panels throughout to flood the interior with natural light, maximise views of the landscaped gardens, and create an airy, uplifting atmosphere.

Elegant Architectural Features: Integrate distinctive design elements, including curved walls, a striking enclosed wooden staircase, and full-height glazing to enhance fluidity, sophistication, and the overall architectural presence of the home.

State-of-the-Art Entertainment: Create premium leisure spaces including: a cinema room with for immersive movie nights, professional recording studio, tailored to the client’s creative needs and a fully equipped gym for health and wellbeing

Outdoor Living: Design a beautifully landscaped garden with a generous patio area for entertaining, as well as a large resin-bound driveway to complement the home’s contemporary exterior.

Luxury Bedrooms & Practical Spaces; Each of the six bedrooms was to include its own individually designed en-suite bathroom. Additional requirements included a cloakroom, utility room, and ample integrated storage to support modern family living.

This brief presented an exciting opportunity to bring an ambitious vision to life — creating a truly bespoke home that elevated both aesthetic appeal and everyday functionality.

Outcome

The final result was a breathtaking contemporary residence that exceeded expectations in every detail. The home now stands as a striking example of modern architectural design, combining clean lines, exceptional craftsmanship, and a cohesive blend of materials.

The open-plan living areas deliver a sense of effortless flow, enhanced by the abundance of natural light pouring through the floor-to-ceiling windows.
